Easy 10 minute corn snack for a rainy, nippy day!

2 cups of frozen or fresh corn
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp butter or ghee
cilantro and lemon for garnish (optional)
2 tsp of Crispy Garlic PODI
To a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee, and the 2 cups of frozen or fresh corn. Sautee for 10 mins until soft
Add 1/2 cup of whole milk to the mix
Add 1-2 tsp of Crispy Garlic PODI. Mix thoroughly
Cook until milk and spices are incorporated fully
Garnish with cilantro. Lemon/lime optional!
