Creamy Honey-Mustard Tomato Salmon Crispbread

It's creamy, tangy, zippy, sweet and juicy. Packed with protein and it's cronchy! This has become my hyper-fixation lunch when I have just 20 mins to fix a quick meal. The Curd Chili salt adds an incredible taste that I fully miss when I don't use it! 


✦ Ingredients

  • Knäckebröd / Norwegian Crisp Bread
  • Tomato
  • Parsley
  • Curd Chili Fleur de Sel
  • Honey
  • Mustard
  • Cream Cheese

✦ Instructions

  1. Layer the Crispy Bread with mustard, honey, cream cheese first
  2. Add 2 generous layers of salmon
  3. Top with thick chunky heirloom tomatoes
  4. Garnish with parsley or ribbons of basil!
  5. Sprinkle Curd Chili Fleur de sel, and enjoy!
