Creamy Corn
This easy, creamy delicious corn snack is perfect for a rainy day!
✦ Ingredients
- 2 cups of frozen or fresh corn
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- 2 tsp of Crispy Garlic PODI
- cilantro and lemon for garnish (optional)
✦ Instructions
- To a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee, and the 2 cups of frozen or fresh corn. Sautee for 10 mins until soft
- Add 1/2 cup of whole milk to the mix
- Add 1-2 tsp of Crispy Garlic PODI. Mix thoroughly. Add salt as needed.
- Cook until milk and spices are incorporated fully, cover with a lid (~7 mins)
- Garnish with cilantro. Lemon/lime optional!
You can always mix in PODI later, so start with half the recommended amount, and add more layered heat as needed! This is also a great way to accomodate for different people with varying spice tolerance.
