Pongal is warm, intentionally black pepper-forward, perfect for winter! Bisi Bele Bath is perfect with any veggies on hand. After cooking, add butter/ghee or greek yogurt or coconut milk to balance the spice to your liking.
Just add water and cook! Add veggies and top with protein of your choice (detailed chef recommended pairing suggestions on the box).

Hi, the one pot meal pack was extremely comforting and I would love to get more in the future. However, I do have a couple of comments -
1. Would you consider making a salt free version where the person making it can add whatever feels is right for them? For me, both dishes turned out a little salty. You could also have salt packets separately in there so then you could stick to the true 'one pot' title pack.
2. Are you also looking to sell pongal and bisi bele separately? I liked the pongal more so would like to have the option of buying them separately.

I was short on time and desperate for some comforting Indian food. I made the pongal on the stove just with water, no additional veggies and it was amazing! I squeezed a bit of lime and it was soooo perfect! Thank you, podi life!
Spicy coconut, crispy garlic, and of gunpowder are my go-tos. My husband and I love to put the podis on everything, eggs, tofu, paneer and so much more. The flavors are elevated and just delicious! A must buy for sure!
