Sorry for this inconvenience, we want to make this right! We rely on third party shipping providers like UPS and USPS to ship things to you on time, but sometimes delays are out of our control. Firstly, check if the address is accurate and complete. If so, give an additional 2-3 biz days beyond the stated estimate, and if you still haven't received your package, write to us at support@podilife.com - we are happy to assess the situation and send a replacement!

Not yet, but we do post office runs once a month for our Canada customers, please use this form to fill our your order! and we'll send you an invoice with shipping costs.

They are best consumed within ONE year! PODIs usually last even beyond that - we recommend the usual smell and taste test to see if they are still good to consume. Since PODIs are made of roasted ingredients, they don't spoil, but sometimes due to sun exposure or poor storing conditions, they can change smell, appearance or taste.
