The story so far

We launched the Kanakam Dosa Trio in July 2024! This set of hand-made brass utensils and a cast iron pan is designed to be cherished and passed down through generations.

Over a span of 2 years (2022–2024), we've gone through 10 prototypes, with rigorous testing across India and the US. We’ve refined every piece until we were sure you’d fall in love at first sight and with every use. We are SO DAMN PROUD of what we've created in collaboration with other women-owned businesses! This trio has brought immense joy to our dosa-making routine. We're excited to make this available to you.

Since July 2024, we created a waitlist to gauge how many units we need to get ready, and sold out twice already! Each pan is painstakingly seasoned THREE times with cold-pressed, organic grapeseed oil before it is shipped out to you, getting it perfectly non-sticky and ready so you can make the best, crispiest foods.
