I was short on time and desperate for some comforting Indian food. I made the pongal on the stove just with water, no additional veggies and it was amazing! I squeezed a bit of lime and it was soooo perfect! Thank you, podi life!

Spicy coconut, crispy garlic, and of gunpowder are my go-tos. My husband and I love to put the podis on everything, eggs, tofu, paneer and so much more. The flavors are elevated and just delicious! A must buy for sure!
