Curry Leaf

Nothing says South India like Curry Leaf.

This PODI adds a great earthy flavor to dishes that are Indian-inspired. Use it on sauteed/pan-seared/fried protein of choice - paneer, tofu, chicken, any other meat of your choice etc. It's excellent to season a pan-fried steak of fish, especially salmon!

Add it to popcorn for a lovely earthy, tangy flavor! This is the Za'atar of Indian Spice Blends. Frankly though, nothing quite compares to the flavor of curry leaf. Just a sprinkle of Curry Leaf PODI adds a great earthy, quintessentially South Indian flavor - it's herby, it's aromatic, and it's a trip to South India in every bite!

It's also the perfect PODI for south Indian dishes like dosas and idlis.  


INGREDIENTS: Lentils (toor/pigeon peas, chana/chickpeas, moong/mung bean, urad/black gram), coriander seeds, garlic, red chili, curry leaves, salt, turmeric, canola oil, cumin, black pepper

Stone ground. No preservatives. Low-sodium. All natural Ingredients. Gluten free.

This podi is hands down one of the best karvepaaku (curry leaf) podi I have ever had. Just as good (if not better) than homemade. Had it on the side with idlis and dosas, but my favorite was with rice and ghee. So good. Will definitely be buying again and trying the other flavors available too!

Curry leaf podi blew my mind!

For years I believed I had created the optimal curd-rice-pickle combo, till I added this amazing Curry Leaf podi to my meal. The earthy yummy flavor beautifully elevated my dish and has since totally disrupted my curd-rice-accompaniment status quo!

This podi simply hit home. It arrived in a beautiful packaged plastic-free pack and delighted us with its still intact aroma. Truly batch roasted.

We decided to sample it in proper South Indian style. Rice + Ghee + Podi. It was so delicious!

Will be ordering again.
