Nothing says South India like Curry Leaf.
This PODI adds a great earthy flavor to dishes that are Indian-inspired. Use it on sauteed/pan-seared/fried protein of choice - paneer, tofu, chicken, any other meat of your choice etc. It's excellent to season a pan-fried steak of fish, especially salmon!
Add it to popcorn for a lovely earthy, tangy flavor! This is the Za'atar of Indian Spice Blends. Frankly though, nothing quite compares to the flavor of curry leaf. This podi is hands down one of the best karvepaaku (curry leaf) podi I have ever had. Just as good (if not better) than homemade. Had it on the side with idlis and dosas, but my favorite was with rice and ghee. So good. Will definitely be buying again and trying the other flavors available too!
